I am a Certified Health and Wellness Life Couch, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, CMT, MA, X-ray tech, Empath, and Truth Seeker. I've been an Empath and a Healer my whole life, being highly sensitive to energetics my entire life. I worked in the medical field thinking I was doing the right thing. It was not until 2017 I overheard a doctor in the hospital say that we would lose a patient soon due to the new prescription they would take. I realized right after there was got a be a different way. So I left the medical industry, stared to do research and became a Holistic Practitioner. I am always seeking to learn new things and the truth. So as of right now, I'm studying frequencies in music and how they are used to heal. I am also studying Herbalism and Mushrooms for healing. I am looking forward to incorporating these studies to my practice. I do massage and acupuncture but am slowing getting out of it to help clients heal in other ways.

I believe in Healing the WHOLE person, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I now use a holistic approach in everything I do, empowering people to heal.
